Good news is there's some way you can cushioned your blow, bad news is those 'cushion' where the local hookers hanging at the side of your apartments every night.

Both of them are loitering on the side of the apartment. Ass and tits visible from here. You can definitely jump on either of them to land safely. Problem is what happens after.
Best case scenario would be they're willing to help you or simply aren't bother by it. If you play your cards right you can probably convince them to help you.
Worst case scenario you'll end up getting crushed, kidnapped or you might not even survive the fall.
