It activated

The card emitted a bright light, forcing Akiza to cover her eyes with her free hand, "What's happening," she asked herself in confusion.
Hidden among the light, the spirit of the swap from leaped out, and into Akiza, where he scanned her mind before moving. Over a minute or so, the card grew dimmer, as the frog hopped around before returning, and jumping into the card, feeling satisfied, for now.
"That was weird," Akiza noted, as no one else noticed.
What had been swapped?

1. Akiza with someone nearby

2. Akiza with someone far away

3. It ignored Akiza, and swapped people around her
