The Autobots must find a way to hold off the Decepticons while protecting their new human allies...

Human allies: Special Agent William Fowler, Jack Darby, Miko Nadakai, Rafael "Raf" Esquivel, June Darby

Decepticons: Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, Knock Out, Breakdown (deceased in the main continuity), Airachnid, Dreadwing, Shockwave (off-planet)

Mooks: Vehicons, Insecticons

Human villains: Silas (aka Colonel Leland Bishop, aka C.Y.L.A.S.)
