Simon sat in his desk, carefully writing down the notes his teacher pointed out. He was always good at paying attention to the lesson, but now it was even easier. Because he couldn’t stop staring at his teacher. She was stunningly beautiful, and had a body to die for, but there was one thing that really caught his attention.
Her nose.
It...was....huge.
It stuck out of her face like arrow from a bow. It bounced and flopped around when she moved too fast. And she wiped and blew it constantly. He was sure that it was loud enough to call a flock of geese that had flown south for the winter. When Simon complained to another student about the noise, he was told to tighten his seatbelt and be grateful she wasn’t sneezing.
She passed out worksheets to each student, telling them they could go to lunch early if they finished. So the rest of the lesson was done in silence, save for the occasional sinus eruptions from the teacher.

Melanie sat at her desk, alternating between reading a book watching her students work. Unbeknownst to them, when her gaze was not on the reading material, it was firmly fixed on one student.
Simon
He seemed to be a perfectly ordinary boy. Pale skin, thick dark hair, wore glasses. No one of consequence.
But there was something about him that caught Principal Darrow’s attention. She didn’t know what, she hadn’t caught much of Darrow’s conversation with his secretary when she walked past his office. But she’d heard enough to know that Simon was on his mind.
She would have to keep watch over this boy in case something happened.
She reached for a tissue, loudly blew her nose, and tossed it into the wastebasket. Then she turned her attention back to her book, sneaking glances at her new student. His walked up to her desk and handed her his worksheet, he had just finished
