Go to the mall and help some people

Tyler decided to go to the shopping mall nearby, but why do it by walking when you can just teleport.
In a matter of seconds he was at the entrance to the mall.
He heard thoughts of every single person, some were less appropriate then others.
The moment he walked past a sports shop Tyler heard a guy say:
"I wish I had a body like these guys...maybe then that stupid bully would leave me alone and there would be a chance for me to get a girlfriend."
The guy was looking at bodybuilding magazines and his name was Tony, he was 16 and even though he was tall he also was very skinny.
Tyler then came into the store and came up to Tony.
"Hi there! I'm Tyler, you can call me Ty." Tyler cheerfully greeted
"H-Hey! I'm Tony. Nice to meet you Ty." Tony was a bit confused why this random boy came up to him
"I see you're checking the magazines." Ty pointed out
"Yeah. You know, we just met but I feel I can trust you. Do you mind if I tell you about my problem?" asked Tony
"Of course not! Even though I know everything" replied Tyler
After about 5 minutes Tony finished his story.
"...and that's why I want to get muscular." finished Tony
"You're going to. You'll grow however big you want just imagine it..."
And so Tyler prepared to start his work.
First he froze time so no one will see how Tony grows, even Tony.
Then he took Tony's clothes off and the growth began starting from Tony's chest and arms.
Tony's pecs began to grow outwards and sideways broadening his shoulders in the process, the two pecs now were like two giant watermelons under his skin.
Bellow them, the flat stomach developed 8-pack of deep abs that were hard as steel.
Returning to Tony's now thick arms that developed two biceps that were now for sure size of a basketball if not bigger, actually it looked like his biceps had biceps.
Tony's legs had trouble holding his huge upper body until they grew to become two pillars made out of solid muscle.
Ty was surprised that this guy didn't need a bigger bulge, since his brother had a small one before the young God grew it.
"And now to the clothes" said Tyler giving Tony a T-shirt and a pair of jeans that weren't too tight "Screw the shirt. With a body like this he doesn't need one." and so Tyler removed the T-shirt.
At this very moment time continued flowing again.
"Whoa! I'm huge! Now I'll show Trent who's the boss!" Tony realized his change really fast and flexed his arms in disbelief "Thank you Ty, or should I say thank you the Demigod Tyler!"
"No problem big guy! Go get 'em!"
And so Tony went outside the store. All girls looked at him and pointed out his massive bare chest and a lot of guys showed a ton of envy.
