Mike decided to go to Marisa's house. When he got there he knocked and Marisa showed up. "Hi Mike! -hugs him- How you doing?".
"I'm doing wonderful, I just found out something that i believe you might fall in love with" Mike said.
"Oh, really? What could such a 'wonderful thing' be?" asked Marisa out of curiosity.
"Well there's this controller -he raises his hand with the controller- that supposedly can fuse things and people to create interesting results"
"Uh... You're kidding, right?" she said in disbelief.
"Well, I haven't tested it yet so...".
"I swear, if the doesn't work I'll make you owe me fifty bucks".
Mike gulped "Yeah, sure...".
They both entered the house and Mike waited in the living room for Marisa to bring something to test the device with. She came with a camera and a microphone and handed them to Mike.
Mike then putted them on a table and aimed at the camera with the controller. He fired and a beam was shot at it, envolving it and making it glow. He then fired at the microphone too and experienced the same.
He then pressed the "fuse" button and both objects shined and fused, resulting in a camera with a directional microphone attached to it.
"Wow, it does work!" said Marisa.
"Let's search for stuff to fuse with!" said Mike eagerly.
Both of them started searching for items the could use to fuse and get interesting results. Mike searched on some boxes Marisa had in her basement. He found in there a piece of velcro and a plush. "This will be fun" he thought to himself, after what he proceded to carry both things to the living room.
Marisa by her part started searching on the bedrooms of the house. It just so happened to be almost completely one, with only Danny being in his bedroom listening to music at full volume while her other siblings were hanging out and her parents were working. While searching on Diego's bedroom, she found an old tablet he wasn't really using anymore, so she decided to borrow it for now.
