Emilia met another girl. She looked to be pregnant like her, but with triplets. Her name was Maya, and she was also here for a checkup. She and her mother had both drank the elixir, wanting to have babies. Emilia looked at Maya's mother, who was talking with hers. Sure enough, Maya's mother had a bellyful of twins.

Then it was time for one of the girls to have their checkup. The other would go next. The doctor called for…
