All fetishes are allowed except for Extreme Ageplay like cubs/diapers, or generally nasty stuff like scat, watersports, farting and stuff Characters can grow or shrink to any size and nothing is quite as fun as size play turnaround ;) Turnabout is one thing i find that is really underdone in the macro community, especially multiple bouts of it.
