You decide to follow him, staying out of sight, until he turns down an ally way. When you round the corner The Doctor is walking up to a blue police box.
"A phone booth? Does he not have a cell phone?" you wondered
As the doctor opened the doors to the TARDIS you catch a glimpse of the spacious interior before he closes the doors behind him.
"Okay, definitely NOT a phone booth." you said
As you approached the box you felt around to see if it was just disguised as a phone booth but couldn't find any explanation for what you just saw. But before you could thaink anything up The Doctor burst out of the TARDIS dramatically and said with a grin "Bigger on the inside, would you like to take a look?"
"Sure but, how is this even physically possible?" you ask
"Well, it's sort of like... the ship is somewhere else and the blue box is just a doorway in."
You took his invitation, stepping into the TARDIS and marveling at the sheer size of the interior of the blue box.
"You know, I haven't had a traveling companion in along time, what good is all of time and space without anyone else to talk to? Say, you wouldn't consider traveling with me for a time, would you?" asked The Doctor
"Well, I haven't got anything better to do, you said all of space AND time, right?"
"Well of coarse, a time machine that stays in one place all the while would be ever so boring."
"Alright, then, where to?"
"How about we'll set it to random, she all most never goes where I want her to anyways." said The Doctor
He rushed around the console flicking switches, pressing buttons, and setting dials until the center column traveled up and down in it's casing, the TARDIS shaking as the iconic whining sound droned. Then it all stopped abruptly.
"We're here." said The Doctor
"Where's here?" you asked
"Well, why don't we find out?" he answered opening the doors to...
