The TGR

         Tickler's Gone Rampant is a 'club' for some of the people who particularily enjoy the thrill of tickling unsuspecting victims in their daily lives. All members always wear a a yellow arm/head band, which is needed to distinguish fellow patrons. A TGR (or 'Tiger') can at any moment 'tickle attack' another tiger, in any place they find them, and attempt to make them say 'uncle'. When this happens, tickling temporarily stops and the victim immediately become their assailant's unofficial Tickle Servant, and must submit-though only for a few hours, usually.
         It works both ways, and if the would-be Servant gets the upper hand, the attacker must submit, unless they can get away or hold out. Many Tigers frequently travel in packs to manuvre and overwhelm prey.
         Because of tickling's position in society, mot attacks are rarely frowned upon or seen as bizarre, even when cionducted in places such as subway systems or parks.
         Tigers have to pay a small fee for entry, used almost exclusively for the upkeep of the club-house, where tickle-themed parties and tournaments are frequently held. There are also the stocks, where those who ingnore club rules are 'punished'- though quite a few intentionally violate rules just to wind up here. Thre are also rare challenges, where difficult or eccentric tasks that involve tickling that are posted for presteige.
