You see the woman going through labor pains as you walk up saying hi, I'll be your nurse as your panties are in your purse as you site it down on the bed next to the wall you than walk up to see the woman going into full labor and is dilated to full birth mode and yours is the same for you are here to unbirth and be a mother to this woman who is a rival and you changed so much the woman didn't know you're the rival she had in collage and as she births the first of her triplets she is in so much pain she can't see you unbirth the baby as she joins the world and as soon as her other sisters join her your rival passes out and as soon as you know she's out you strip her and slid her in with her babies now sisters to be as you finish unbirthing your rival and regress your new babies to be back to a starting point of pregnancy so you walk out and do your nurse job than
