You and the 7 year old girl find her mom, but the mom was in tug of war with the doctors.

The babies were out but mom's umbilical cords started to grab the nurses, and pulling them between the mother's spread legs into her womb.

As soon as you both walk in, mom wins the battle and the three nurses and the doctor that was trying to save them were now mom's newest babies, due to come out in 9 months.

The girl walks over to her newborn sisters and unbirths them, then she does the same to her mom.

She turns to you, lovingly rubbing her swollen belly. "You are mine to love forever."
