At first, you just wanted to dismiss the secretary's rude remark... but somehow, it leaves you feeling insecure. Were you really that skinny? You frown, poking your flat gut as you walk around the hospital. Surely, if she was working in a medical institution like this, she probably knew when somebody was unhealthily slim, right? Maybe you really should go see the dietician...
As your anxiety over this grows, you eventually relent, figuring you likely don't have anything better to do anyway. You walk down to the dietician... only to find her quite different from you imagined. She was a surprisingly plump lady, for a dietician, with her belly poking out a bit under the shirt of her sterile uniform, and spoke with a distinct indian accent. She smiled as you walked up to her. "Oooh, I don't think I've seen you around before. Are you a new... patient?"
You nod, sheepishly, suddenly realizing that it might be dumb to just walk up to a doctor without actually having any specific symptoms to report. "Uhh... yeah... the secretary mentioned that I should speak to you."
"No doubt because of that, errr, slim figure of your's. My, it looks like you haven't eaten in weeks!" She said, patting your flat gut... which leaves you a little upset at her rudeness, yet you couldn't help but hang on her words. You even followed her down the hallway when she gestured you too. "I suppose you want to know what more 'healthy' eating looks like."
"Ummm..." You shrug, confused by her question. "I guess?"
"Excellent! Oh, this is going to be fun..." She turns and shows off a little white pill. "But first, you're going to need to take this."
You stare at it, baffled by how quickly she was giving you medicine. "Uhh... why? What is it?"
"Oh, nothing much. Just try it! I assure you, you'll feel the effects immediately," she says, before noticing the uncertain expression on your face. "You can trust me, after all. I am a doctor."
You sigh... but you couldn't dispute her reasoning. Hesitantly, you take the pill and lift it up to your lips... before swallowing it by quickly washing it down with some water from the nearby drinking fountain! For a while, your belly gurgles loudly as the pill settles within... and notably, she was right! The effects do take effect quickly! The only problem was, said effect was an insatiable hunger! "Urrgghhhh...!" You double over, scrunching your eyes shut and clutching your loudly growling belly. "W-what did you do!?"
"Easy! I just made you hungry enough to eat a proper meal!" She smiled. You had to admit... you were so starving at the moment, you did feel like you could eat ANYTHING. You were so hungry, you obediently followed as she led you to the next door. "Said meal being... right behind this door!"
You look up to see what she expected you to eat... as the door opened to reveal...
