Not caring about her accusation, you dive forward embracing her, and holding her tight. Sarah is still adjusting, the crush of your hug, and the memory of the accident erasing any questions for the moment. You feel her melt into your arms, dismissing all those worries. Leaving her just the reassurance of your love, and the mystery of her painfree body.

The noise however alerted the medical staff. The nurses quickly arriving, untangle you from one another, and settle Sarah back in bed. Over-ruling her objections and questions, treating her like a child. She's tucked back into bed.

The Doctor arrives moments later, his wide beaming smile projecting confidence.

Sitting on the opposite side of the bed to you. He takes her pulse, and holds her trembling hand.

"You're well." more a statement than a question. She nods.

"Do you know where you are? What do you remember from before?" His questions tumble out, not waiting for answers.

"病院", she answers, "I recall the accident. But I thought I was...." she gestured to her legs. Or rather the outline of them through the sheets.

"I have some significant news to tell you." Sarah's hand tightened around his, and she nodded for him to continue. Exchanging a brief look with you, the question clear on your face. She'd just spoken some Japanese, Sarah didn't know a word of it.

Doctor Saunders told her the whole story, explaining that her body was gone. It would be cremated, and she'd need to go on as Kazuko Tanaka. To avoid the glare of publicity, and being treated as a freak.

"I'm not a freak." Sarah snarled, some of her familiar fire sparking into life. Sitting up, she confronted the Doctor. Her fire was quickly extinguished as the sheets fell away, revealing her massive bust to everyone.

She snatched the sheets up, hiding it as best she could.
