Washu's clothing nanites start part 2

If it wasn't Washu, then who was it?

Mihoshi, who somehow mistook the console for something else? She did become that scatterbrained in the manga and in the Third OVA, as well as any series after the first Two OVAs.

Or was it Miu, who wanted to once again, take over the universe by capturing all the high powered players who somehow are all living under the Masaki roof? While Mia was only created in the Manga and in a simulated universe that was tested by Washu to see what would happen if Mihoshi accidentally messed with a simulated universe device, Miu was dangerous enough that Washu froze the universe in a second, and didn't risk deleting the simulated universe in case it led to Miu somehow getting freed. As for how Miu looked... She looks like a fusion of Washu and Mihoshi, because she was created from their data. To see what it looks like, track down a copy of Shin Tenchi Muyo, Volume 9, chapter 3.
