They both get a bit humbled...

The fight continues for 5 minutes with no progress, both girls trying to strip each other to no success.

Another student in the class shouts out "This is boring! Let's make this more fun and have them fight in their undies!"

The other students in the class agree, and grab hold of both girls by the arms and legs, removing their outerwear.

Amy is wearing black underwear, she has small breasts, though still larger than Penny's.
Penny is wearing green underwear, both girls are visibly shaking having been stripped to this extent, but it will only get worse if they aren't careful while fighting now...
