Lifting the weights for longest period of time

"Alright!" Isabel says. "You're on!"

"Great! Let's start by lifting the 10 kilo weights, one in each hand!" Kelly says.

During the warm ups however, Stephanie and Heather suddenly becomes "nice" to Isabel. Or at least that's what she thinks at first...

"Hey, if you're gonna win this contest, your technique must be very different!" Stephanie tells her. "Here, let me show you..."

Stephanie then comes to the front of Isabel and grabs both of her arms, pretending to initiate that she is going to show her how it's done.
