Bernadette sat down in her office after a long morning of meetings. There was a package on her desk she checked the tag and saw it was from Danny, a sleazy recruiter from one of her competitors. She rolled her eyes at who it was from but he always sent really nice things to try to entice her to come work for him. No sooner did she sit down and pick up a knife to open the package that a video call came on her computer.
¨Bernadette! I see you got my gift!!¨ Bernadette jumped a bit seeing it was Danny´s big dumb smile.
¨Geez, were you watching my office waiting for me to open this?¨
¨Nope, just sent flowers to your secretary to tell me when you came back. You should really take better care of her. Like we´ll take care of you here¨
Bernadette cut him off ¨Save the pitch, Danny. Hey, maybe you can hire her after I fire her for telling you I was here.¨
¨Aww that´s unfair, speaking of unfair- how about how much more we spend on R&D that you guys?¨
Bernadette shook her head ¨For the last time, Danny, I don´t want to work with you guys. We´re in the middle of something that´s going to bury you clowns!¨ She slit the box sharply, like she was gutting the competition.
¨That´s what I heard which is why I sent this!¨
Bernadette held up what looked like a bottle of perfume that broke in Bernadette´s hand releasing a foul smelling odor.
¨Ugh, gawd! What the heck Danny! Did you send me a stink bomb! That´s so immature!¨
¨Oh, it´s quite the opposite! It´s a fertility drug we´re developing. It´s so strong you can´t get within 10 feet of it without getting pregnant! The FDA is calling it the most irresponsible thing since our Sleepy Time Cigarettes!¨
¨WHAT THE HELL DANNY!¨ Bernadette waved at the scent seeing the thick musky order permeate the room around here. It made her cough and the smell was about choking her.
¨Yup, just like the test subjects! And smells like a hamper full of used jockstraps?¨ Danny laughed as Bernadette stopped coughing.
¨Uhh, it´s worse than my brothers´ laundry growing up!¨
¨Well, that smell´s gonna get so much better when the nausea hits!¨
¨Wha¨ Bernadette felt dizzy and like she was ready to puke desperately reaching for her garbage can.
¨Alright, Bernadette, you have fun with motherhood and not getting your new drug out on time!¨
Danny hung up and Bernadette looked down to see her belly was swelling feeling stretched into a nice bump. She felt her breasts filling up pushing her bra out. Then her tightening belly growing bigger, her thighs and butt plumping up. She panicking seeing the change wondering what was going to happen when who walked in?
