He aged every teenager to elderly

"Why not age these kids?" Thought this mysterious magical being, "If they are not teenagers, then they cannot stop me, can they?"

And why not age them to the age of their grandparents? No sense in making them anywhere near able to find a way to stop them. With frail bodies and forgetful brains, there would be no way for these teenagers to be anywhere near stopping his plan!

And so, he casts the spell, and slowly, the spell made its way throughout this entire small town.
