He turned every teenager into Dogs

"Why transform these kids into anything human?" Thought this mysterious magical being, "Making them an animal would be much more effective! How could they stop me?"

And why not dogs? Not only would this make sense for any number of households to have dogs, but potentially, the controlling of the parents of these lovely pets would prevent the kids from even coming close to stopping this being from finding what he needs.

And so, he casts the spell, and slowly, the spell made its way throughout this entire small town.
