Fish

Baloo first decided to gather as much fish as he could. He knew that the fish lived in the river. He wondered how he was going to get them out. Even though he could float very well on his back, he wasn't a strong diver, so he couldn't dive down and collect the fish at the bottom. He had to think of another solution.
