wake up again

The second time I woke up a doctor walked into my room with my parents and explained that the only way to save my life was to preform an experimental operation and that had turned me into a girl.

You almost started crying and you asked for a mirror and as you looked at yourself, you immediately realised that you still sort of look like yourself but different.

The only way to explain it is it's as if you had a twin sister, you looked at your parents and they explained that although your a girl now you are still you're child in every way down to your DNA.
