How about making things a little weirder by having Danny himself somehow possessing his own clothes? (This would qualify as masturbation, not incest.) If so, here's two scenarios to choose from...
1. As retaliation for foiling another of his schemes, Vlad zaps Danny with a ray that's supposed to remove his ghost-powers from him. Instead, Danny's ghost-self is seperated from his human self with his consiousness transferred to his ghost-body, leaving his normal human body alive, but lifeless and Danny finds that he is unable to possess his own body thanks to the beam.
Left with no other choice, Danny is forced to possess his own clothes in order for him to move his human body again, but finds it to be really uncomfortable since he is now essentially wearing himself.
Later, Danny finds out that his current situation might not be so bad after all; especially when he discovers that he can manipulate his human body however he wants to, while inside his clothes...
2. During a battle with the incompetent Box Ghost, Danny discovers a new power: He can split himself into multiple copies, with his mind acting as a hive-mind between them!
After humiliating the Box Ghost with ease, Danny returns to his room to explore his new powers more. He discovers that he can change his 'primary' body back to human form while still keeping all of his copies in 'ghost-mode' and maintaining the hive-mind link between all his bodies.
Now; since Danny is a teenager, he gets a naughty idea for how to use this power: He has his ghost-bodies possess all the clothes he is currently wearing, even the underwear! With his consiousness simultaniously inside his human body and all of his ghost bodies (now inside his clothes), Danny not only feels the clothes on his body; he also simultaniously feels how his body is stretching out his clothes FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE CLOTHES!!!
Now that Danny's consiousness is split between his human body and all of his ghost bodies inside his clothes, Danny gets ready for the most unorthodox masturbation session ever...
