It latchs on to Tails and changes him

Tails manages to get the dress off of him just before Hypon was about to turned into a girl.However instead it latches on to Tails instead.

"Help me Hypon! I helped you!"shouted Tails as he began changing into female cat.It happens so quick that Hypon doesn't have time to help Tails as he turns into a female Cat.
