Sonya had been within minutes of catching Kano but the elusive master criminal had evaded her again. After the debriefing she headed home frustrated and upset that she had failed to capture such a dangerous criminal.
Her thoughts were on her latest mission and not on her surroundings. That was a critical mistake. She did not realize that she herself was being stalked by Kano's girlfriend! Before she even realized she was being under attack a blow dart struck her neck. The neuro-toxin almost instantly knocked her out. She had one brief glimpse of a pair of black heels before she succumbed to the darkness.
