"Cho..." Ronda wailed out of nowhere. "Oh God, I owe her such an apology."
Tears were welling in the corner of her eyes, her lip trembling as she fought for control.
Hermione shared an look that was almost amused, before muttering softly, "Emotional range of a teaspoon."
Harry gaped in horror, at his friend.
"She'll never control herself, it's part of Ron's punishment, as a wizard he never thought emotionally, dismissing witches as too flighty, too ditzy. Now that's the risk she'll run."
A startled look flashed across her face, "Oh... oh..." she mumbled.
"What... Hermione what?" Harry asked. Ronda was too distracted, her lips silently rehearsing her apology.
Hermione looked pained for a moment, before explaining, "Ron .... Ron was ... a little lazy." she started uncertainly, "Not the most studious or hardworking..."
Her voice trailed off, as if she expected.... hoped Harry could complete her sentence. But with a look and a shrug, he had her continue.
"I'm afraid our Ronda. Well, if she keeps up her lack of study habits, the curse will work to make her a bimbo. Changing her focus to glamour spells, disguises and ... enhancements."
Harry wasn't familiar with these beyond the idea of transfigurations, such as Tonks would use.
"An insecure girl... a bimbo, finds her rewards in the approval of men. In their manipulation, and reward."
