Given the aliens extensive understanding of identifying living organizums age they deduth that the oldest humans present were only 6 or 5 years old everyone else was younger down to 1 year

To the aliens surprise a little 2 year old in big baggy clothing, boots and a hat cerying a long weapon on its back moved forward to the mother ship and as the aliens moved down to meet this brave and stupid toddler it said

Human toddler: we awr weddy tuw hewr the twms of yu suwandur, I-I-I a-am no f-fwa-a-ad of yu meeny stupi fawe.

The aliens could clearly see the toddler was lying as it appeared very afraid and the fact he was making an accident bigger and bigger The closer the two sides got to each other the alien leader reached him first and quickly stripped away the toddler's hat, weapon, and baggy clothes with the boots leaving him naked and afraid

Alien Leader: such a brave little thing but that's no way to speak to your elders young one, now down to bissness you and all humans on this planet are to follow these new rules
1. All humans must follow the orders of what ever any of my people tell them to do unless they younger than you withoutgood reason.
2. Your people hand over all weapons of any degree from wooden to military.
3. After your planet has been throughly stripped of all resources you will all come to our home planet as our...
