Blake’s question was quickly answered when a small, white creature emerged from the bush. It looked kinda like a cat, but it was standing in a bipedal position! Its ears had purple, spiky tufts at their tips; the front paws were green with streaks of orange; and its white tail had purple stripes! ...or was it purple with white stripes? Whatever the case, there was a gold tail ring near the tip.
Admittedly, Blake wasn’t too knowledgeable about the Digimon world, so he didn’t know what to say or how to react here.
“Hello there!” the creature greeted, showing its capacity for human speech. “My name’s Gatomon!”
Blake was understandably taken aback. He’d just witnessed a purple-and-white bipedal feline talk in human language! That’d confuse any unfamiliar visitor. Even so, he needed to do SOMEthing - it’d be impolite to just stand there dumbstruck!
