Dash groggily opened her eyes. A light shined above her as she raised a fore-hoof to allow her to see. She noticed she was in a rather bland room. A dull white blanket covered her and a gown was put on her. It didn't take her long to deduce where she was, because in her line of work she had plenty of visits.
Yep. she was in the hospital.
Dash didn't mind much. It wasn't the first time a crash had sent her to the Ponyville General hospital, however, she didn't know what she was here for now. She felt fine. Dash laid herself up on the bed which is when she felt something wrapped around her waist and heard crinkling coming from said object. In her curiosity, she uncovered herself only to find something she didn't expect to be there. A massive white diaper.
Well it wasn't as big as Dash thought it was, but in her state she didn't care. Dash's eyes widened as her breaths became more erratic. Panic set into motion.
The sound of the doors lock brought her back to reality as she heard the sound of hooves clopping into the room. Coming through the door was Dr. Horse.
While the name was a rather unoriginal one, he was one of the best doctors in the hospital. He had helped several patients during his time as a doctor and had found himself being an important part of anyone's visit. It was why Dash remembered him so clearly. Brown mane parted to each side for his horn, blue eyes, and a light amber coat along with a cutie mark of a heart monitor.
"Oh, you're awake, Ms. Dash, and I see you found the diaper around your waist," Dr. Horse said with a lighthearted chuckle.
Rainbow Dash was in no mood for his lighthearted banter. "Yeah I found it! Why is it on me!?" Dash demanded.
Dr. Horse sighed. The smile on his muzzle disappeared as he gave a quick but sorrowful answer."I'm sorry to tell you, Ms. Dash, but when Derpy struck you with lightning, she caused the nerves in your bowels to fry and become useless. I'm sorry, but your incontinent," Dr. Horse said. He saw Dash realize what those words meant. Her magenta eyes were unbelieving. "I'm sorry."
Dash couldn't comprehend it. At first she felt like she was the queen of the world, but now...
