"Oh, so baby Luna wants to piss me off even more by spoiling the carpets, hmm? Well then, babies need to be diapered!" Celestia said, having enough of her sister.
Celestia retrieved a pair of 4x padded diapers from Cadance and Shining's foal nursery and levitated it in front of Luna. Luna looked puzzlingly at the soft material, before screaming "No, me a big girl, me no wear diaper!".
"Babies who pee themselves need diapers, Luna!" Celestia shouted, as she levitated the thrashing Luna up into the air. She undid the straps on the diaper, and proceeded to place it on Luna's rear, strapping the sides back together with tape. Celestia decided to fuse the tape straps and the diaper under each with her magic so 'temper tantrum' Luna wouldn't pull it off in protest.
"No! Diapers for babies! Me no baby!" Luna shrieked.
"LUNA, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOUR WHINING!" Celestia said, levitating a baby pacifier from the nursery across the hall, and before shoving it into Luna's mouth. Celestia then levitated over some rolls of duct tape from a nearby drawer, and proceeded to wrap the tape around Luna's head and over the pacifier, effectively locking it in place. Luna tried to scream, but only a muffled "Mmffpphh!" came out. Satisfied with the new Luna, Celestia levitated her new baby sister into Cadance and Shining's nursery, and placed her inside. The relatively high walls would keep Luna from jumping out.
To prevent Luna from causing any more harm, Celestia took a last few strands of duct tape and wrapped them around Luna's wings to keep her from flying. She then went back to her room and pulled out a small ring from her bedside drawer, and came back into the nursery. Celestia secured the ring over baby Luna's horn, cutting off any magic that she tried to conjure.
Celestia took a step back and admired her new baby sister. "See? This is what happens to whiney foals. You will spend a few weeks here until you have learned your lesson."
Luna tried to protest, but her bindings only let out a muffled whine.
"Now, I'm off to go fulfill my royal duties. Don't worry? I'll do your part of raising and lowering the moon, while I tell every pony else that you are on holiday. I will be back later to check on you dear sister, and don't even think about misbehaving." Celestia stated firmly as she trotted out of the room.
Luna was upset. She tried bashing against the walls of the nursery, but they didn't budge. She tried levitating herself out, or smashing the gate with her magic, but as a foal's age, Luna was unable to concentrate, and the ring secured around her horn diminished even the slightest attempt of magic. Luna began to curl up into a ball and sob. Her cries muffled by the pacifier that she had no choice but to suck endlessly on. Just when she wanted to be left alone, who walked into the room but...
