Call Princess Celestia.

The mane 6 were panicked. Panicked indeed. Then Twilight spoke up.
"Oh dear... we need to get princess Celestia." she said.
"WHAT?!" shouted Rainbow Dash. "If she sees me like this, I think I would blow!"
With that, Rainbow Dash made an exaggeration with her hooves of an explosion.
Before anyone could do anything, Spike had already sent a letter to Princess Celestia.
They all stared at him in shock, and he said, "I had to."
They soon were angry. Then they got angrier when they saw he didn't wet himself.
Eventually he said, "Better get you guys some diapers."
"HOLD ON JUST A MINUTE!" shouted Applejack. "What if ma family sees me?!"
"That's your problem." he retorted.
So they waited for Celestia to come.
