poor pinkie

One day pinkie pi was walking in ponyville smiling of course.

She was sure nothing bad would happen.

"Run away cart!" yelled somepony.

pinkie looked up just as the cart hit her knocking her out.

A few hours later pinkie awakes in a hospital

Docter whooves comes in.

"Huh wat happened?" asked Pinkie still a little dazed

"You were hit by a cart and I have some bad news." said doctor whooves.

"I'm gonna die!" asked pinkie socked.

"No you are now incontinent" said doctor whooves.

"What's that?" asked pinkie.

"It simply means you have to wear diaper 24/7." explained doctor whooves.

"What I can't do that!" yelled pinkie.

just then...
