Bio: Chloe was a problem child that got drafted in a military school, she was pretty rebelious so she become test subject for this experiments. She was one of three of the successes, all of the girlzillas have exactly the same powers and quartz covered arms, but are different in appearence. All of them are curvy and have big slightly unproportionate feet and breasts.
