Since she accidentally led batman to mistah J she had been ordered to stay away from him and in their safe house so she could "Guard" their loot. Harley groaned in Bordem because all the goons were no fun and she couldn't kill them.
Harley took a breath and walked back in and froze, all the goons were knocked out and she spotted a bat-a-rang on the floor. Harley tiptoed to her mallet and sneaked back figuring batsy was here to retrieve what she stole "Heroes" thought hayley disgusted.
Harley was proved right as she recognised batman trying to crack open the safe leaning right beside it. She crept up behind him slowly and whispered "Batter up!" Smashing his head into the safe, batman slumped over his head on the ground and as high in the air. Harley squealed in joy and an idea came to her.
