The stream

From the hill, you notice a small stream only a short walk away. You decide to look around near the water, where animals are sure to hang out. The stream isn't all that wide, or deep, so you decide to follow it for a ways. You continue to walk, knowing there has to be an animal of some kind close by. Eventually, the stream widens, and you come across:
