As James paces back and forth trying to figure out what to do, Aaron looks him up and down and notices something else is off.
“Hey wait. Stand still for a sec.” said Aaron. James then paused and looked straight at him. “Did you shave this morning?” Aaron continued.
“No. Why?” James asks, raising his hands to his face. James runs his hands over his chin, cheeks, and neck. A baffled look took over his face. He hadn’t shaved in a few days but there wasn’t a single hair on his face!
“Okay man, this is getting weird. Look at your arms.” Aaron said, holding up his own to show him that men traditionally have hair on their forearms. James then quickly looked them over. To his surprise, they were both hairless. He then quickly lifted up his shirt and, as he feared, it too was hairless as well.
“Okay, you can cut it out man.” Aaron said.
“Cut what out!? Do you think I’d shave my entire body and somehow hide my… ah!” James replied, annoyed that Aaron would think he would joke about something like this.
“Okay, let’s take a deep breath here. When was the last time you had… everything?” Aaron asked. James pauses to think back.
“Well, I went to the bathroom last night before bed and everything was fine. Then I felt sick and…” James said, pausing to think for a minute.
“Wait, you’re sick?” Aaron asked.
“Well I was sick last night, but I felt fine this morning.” James replied.
“So wait. What kind of sick?” Aaron asked.
“Well it felt kind of like the flu.” said James.
“And you feel fine now?” Aaron asked.
“Yeah, In fact, until I noticed all this, I felt great this morning.” James said.
“Well then, it can’t be the flu. That normally lasts about a week. I’ve heard of a twenty-four bug but nothing that comes and goes that fast and leave you feeling better after.” Aaron said, actually somewhat serious for once.
“I know. It doesn’t make any since but it happened.” James said defensively.
“Hey calm down, none of this makes any since.” replied Aaron.
James then laid down on the couch. “Okay so the majority of your body hair is gone, and your ah… manhood is missing?” Aaron asked to clarify.
James closed his eyes and took a deep breath. “Yeah, the hair part yes, but the other part isn’t just missing. It was replaced.” He said, embarrassed to be saying it out loud.
“Well what are you going to do?” Aaron asked.
“I don’t know!” James yelled in frustration.
“Wow chill man, that’s not helping anything.” Aaron said. James calmed down somewhat, but Aaron's attitude did still annoy him a little bit.
