A strange power-up mushroom

Daisy noticed a large white mushroom with green spots the color of a 1up shroom. It bounced down the hallway, she approached it curiously. The mushroom was like nothing she's seen before except maybe of course 1ups, or a yoshi egg? She went over to it and picked it up gently, and examined the little thing.

Daisy cried out for one of her servants to take a look. However with her mouth wide open, the little mushroom flew in. Instinctively she would chew and swallow. "Gah what was that?" Suddenly her stomach felt odd it rumbled and gurgled, Daisy felt sick, was it poison? Daisy covered her mouth hoping to hold back the sick, until she could get to the ledge of her balcony and...

"Burrp!" She sighed relieved "OH thank god, just a little gas..."

Another larger burp had her stumbling back as her stomach inflated like a balloon. Almost sending her falling onto her ass. Daisy looked down in shock as a basketball sized lump stretched out her dress. Her servant from before came running to her side helping her to her feet. Daisy's head was reeling as she tried to stand, she felt a flutter inside her tummy like something was alive in there.

"Princess, can I help you? What happened?" A lion-like Gao servant of hers asked.

"Uhg something's wrong with that mushroom... send for ________"
