Princess Fina decided to have some fun with Sir Garrett and splashed him with the water, laughing as she did it. Sir Garrett growled at her and chased after her which caused her to run to the other side of the fountain. He finally caught her in his grasp and gave her a passionate kiss.
“Seriously you need to not do that,” Sir Garrett released her from his grasp. “Sometimes celestial beings or other powers are connected to these old sites and they don’t like to be mocked or messed with.”
“I promise to not mock any elder gods that might be watching,” Princess Fina smiled.
“Shall we camp here for the night?” Albert asked. “The water seems good and it isn’t long before it will get dark.”
Sir Garrett looked around but he couldn’t think of any reason to vote against it other than a general sense of unease about the place. He would say some extra prayers of protection tonight just in case there was something lurking out there. Sir Garrett directed the others to start setting up camp while he took a look around the camp, but he didn’t find any signs of danger so he started to cook the evening meal.
