You look down at the pigeon and see a note tied to it's leg. You hold out a handful
of popcorn, and while it is busy eating you remove the note and read it.

"Whosoever finds this note shall be granted three wishes, providing said person is
able to sing the first two verses of the Pretender's "Back on the Chain Gang".
