Naruto adds chakra to the card and tells her, "Tsunade, every day when you are done with your Hokage duties, you will go to my apartment and strip naked, not feeling any embarrassment or shame about it. You will then submit yourself to me and obey my every order without question. Whenever you wake up in the morning, you will always return to your office and forget the events of the previous night except for these commands."

"Every night, your apartment, naked, shameless, submit, obey, forget everything in the morning." Tsunade repeated in a monotone.

Satisfied, Naruto removed the card and watched as Tsunade regained her senses and said, "I don't see any wine here. You must have been seeing things. You're dismissed, Naruto."

"Thanks!" Naruto said as he quickly made his escape.
