Air: Air dragons would of course rule the air but they mostly live up on mountains and high peaks. The scales of an air dragon are yellow and they are basically the smallest type of dragons but that also means they are very aerodynamic and agile meaning they are the fastest. An air dragons power is manipulating air currents to attack plus the air dragons breathing power would be a powerful gust of air coming out.
Electricity: Electricty dragons live in harmony with the air dragons and these beings live amongst the clouds and tallest peaks. The scales of a electrical dragon are golden and blue and this type of dragons power is related to the clouds and storms meaning if it shoot its electrical breath into the sky it makes a storm that smites their enemies down.
