The blindness cleared, but Naruto didn't notice any immediate differences. Naruto attempted to use Chakra, but he couldn't feel anything. He checked his stomach and even his seal was missing.
Naruto knew something was wrong. He looked at the training field again at noted some changes. There was now a paved path leading into Konoha, and could see children on a playground. What was a training field was now a park.
Naruto decided to see what else had changed. He was startled when the full scope of the changes became clear to him. The defensive walls were gone and the mountain had no faces. The buildings were tall and imposing. The streets were paved and the main roads had a strange kind of machine on them.
Naruto ran home unsure if it was still there. Thankfully he recognized his home. He opened the door, but his apartment was much larger with multiple rooms. The neighboring apartment no longer existed. He walked into the kitchen and noticed a note on the refrigerator that said, "Naruko, I'll be out early today so don't be surprised if I'm gone when you wake up, and don't be late to school. Love, your awesome mom." "Naruko? Mom? School? What?"
Naruto was completely confused. He wondered if anything still the same. He walked into his room. It was clearly a girls room. The closet had a halfway open door and it contained several blouses, skirts and even a few dresses. The walls had several posters of boys. The bed sheet was blue like his eyes, there was a pillow with a red spiral, and a Kyuubi plushy.
He noticed a school uniform that generally consisted of a white blouse with a dark blue sailor-style collar that had short-sleeves, and a matching dark blue pleated skirt. A red tie and a knee-high stockings were laid out beside the uniform. Naruto had a feeling of familiarity as if it belonged to him. He felt a compulsion to wear it.
