Naruto does the Jutsu with Anko and ends up transforming into Sakura.

“Hey why did you want me to turn into Sakura?” Naruto asked

“You’ll see now excuse me I have some important business.” Anko says leaving Naruto.

Naruto decides to go home not noticing her body begin to grow taller, her breasts grow to D-cups and her thighs and ass thicken.
