Karan staring lovingly at you

You slowly awaken and get the worse shock of your life, Karen the seventh grade gnoll girl with a huge crush on you was standing over your bed, glaring down at you with a grin. Despite her being younger then you she was substantially taller then you at about eight feet tall, most gnolls naturally grow to be bigger than humans. She chuckles licking her lips, “How’s my favorite cute little human boy doing?” You shiver, “F-fine Karen. I’ll just get back to class now.” You attempt to get up but her grimy paw pushes against your chest, pushing you back down onto the bed. She grins as you look up with a worried expression, “Don’t worry cute stuff, we’re going to have some fun.” You look around and see that the nurse is gone, “We’re Miss Berry?” Karen chuckles, “She had to run some errands and asked me to look after you.” You quiver as the younger gnoll girl sizes you up, what does she decide to do to you?
