Alright, now it's time to see what happens when Hansel and Gretel in modern times.
It all started in the afternoon, where the school had just ended. Hansel, who is 9 years old, was walking home along with his 8 year old sister, Gretel, since it was only a 10 minute walk from there. Their parents had moved to America many years ago, and settled in a suburban area, so at least it wasn't a huge city they would find it difficult to walk through, hence the reason why their parents chose to live there in the first place.
It all went smoothly throughout the day, and that is until when they were walking home, when the two siblings realised the room they normally walked through is closed, due to roadworks. So much that it annoyed Hansel the most, since he wanted to get his homework done, before playing video games soon after.
"Oh great, the road is closed out of nowhere. Looks like we need to take a detour around, sis!" Hansel signed, which meant they're gonna take a long walk to get back home.
"It's okay! I like taking a long way anyway." At least Gretel see's a bright side, and thinks walking this long should be a good idea.
And so normally they would walk straight ahead, they're gonna turn right and into a long walk. The problem is they've never been to this path before, so Hansel will be hoping to find a route to get back as quickly as possible, not that Gretel doesn't mind anyway. But soon, the pavement was so long and nobody actually walked through apart from themselves, made Hansel wondering if taking the route was necessary under different circumstances?
No matter how it happens though, it didn't take long until they saw a woman coming towards their direction. So much that she seem to look like...
