Not only was she so friendly, but the younger boy and girl were friendly back, having lost all apprehension they had felt towards her. They even alowed her to fallow them home.
The teen girl was not bad looking, she may have had eye black all around her eyes but her skin was clean and even tan! She seamed like such a miss fit with her frienly ness and her mean looking out fit, her tan skin and eye black.
She said her name was Danica, and that she was a young which. The girl's good looks and her aparent whimsy charmed the two siblings and when they got to their house they let her come inside with them, putting the key in the latch. The boy forgot about home work, he played video games with the older girl while Gretel lay over the floor and just watched or talked with the older girl. Danica was an interesting girl.
They did this, play games and talk, until they grew hungery and Danica asked if there was enything to eat.
The young siblings were so hungery but they just had to ignore it; their parents were not home and there were locks on all the cupboards in the kitchen.
Danica sas it and she said:
"I knew it, you two are latch key kids! I have to save you!"
