Say yes

You are enjoying trying on the dress and it seems that it makes Joanne happy too, because it gives her the possibility to relate to you.

"Yes, but just to clarify this is only kidding around with you girls, it is a one-time thing to get to know you better and nobody else need to know about it." you say actually trying more to convince yourself than to convince Susan and Joanne.

"Of course, and I really appreciate that you are doing this." Joanne reassures you.

So you try on various dresses, the girls admit that you look cute in all of them, and you enjoy it more and more, eventually the dress shopping comes to an end and Joanne buys a wedding dress for herself, a bridesmaid's dress for Susan and a flower-girl dress for Lisa and pulls out the red dress with a long skirt and puffy sleeves.l, that you tried on, first.

You stare at Joanne in disbelieve, she notices it and says: "Don't worry Brett, the dress is for Susan, I think that she hasn't enough dresses to wear for special occasions. It was liked you said, only playing dress up with us girls, and since you did it to bond with us, it can be our little secret, I will make sure that Susan and Lisa keep it secret too."

After hearing this you sigh with relief, thinking that spending time with the wasn't too bad after all. After a few moments Joanne contiunes her talk. "Since you seem to be very comfortable with spending time with us three. So I ask you Brett would like to move in with us before the wedding, so you can get used to the new house and the new neighborhood?"
