(To those unfamiliar with Sei So Tsui Dan Sha , three girls bully a guy, then one day the guy's dick falls off in a non-gory way. The girls discover that they can attach the dick to anything, even themselves, and the guy would still feel what happens to his dick.)
Ranma discovers yet another possible cure and uses it on himself in the Tendo home. He passes out and changes into his girl form, his dick magically detaches in the process. Then either one of his fiancées or one of the Tendo sisters discovers a passed out Ranma and what looks like a dildo that looks like his dick.
When the girl touches the supposed dildo, they discover that the unconscious Ranma is reacting whenever the dildo is touched. It doesn't take long before the girls discover what happened.
When Ranma wakes up, Ranma quickly discovers that she cannot change back into a guy unless she can get back her dick.
Unfortunately for Ranma, her fiancées are intent on screwing Ranma with it!
So pretty much a version of the Futanari story, but the futanaris use Ranma's penis.
