A wood nymph gets payback for him kicking her tree

THUMP!

The trees throughout the forest seemed to quiver in fear at the sound.

THUMP!

Again, they shuttered. For all they could do was watch in horror and pray that "She" would come soon to protect them.

THUMP! SNAP!

The trees gazed at the source of their fellow plant's torture. It was small in comparison to them, but large when seen with others of it's species.

THUMP! CRACK!

The creature grunted and a determined grin stretched across it's face, much to the surprise and horror of the trees. Then, the creature coiled it's back legs upward once again and thrusted them with great power at their fellow tree's trunk.

THWAP

A small, orange disk slipped from the branches of the tree and the creature's expression brightened with satisfaction. Then, a tiny voice called from the other side of the forest.

"Do ya got it big brother?" the voice called. It sounded quite young and had a silly accent the trees couldn't pinpoint.

"Eeeeyup," the larger creature said, it's voice as deep as the other's was high. The creature bite the orange disk and raised it's head up. Then, with a flick of it's neck, the disk was sent soaring over the trees.

A moment passed and the creature stood still. Then, it heard the tiny voice chim "thanks Big Mac!" and it smiled.

"Eeeyup" said the creature, mostly to itself it seemed, as it turned to exit the everfree. It was then he found himself face to face with a.....
