In the dream, he was told of a power.

Chris had an eerie but awesome dream.
He was in deep space.
A voice boomed from all around him "Chris, you wish has been made, and granted.".
Chris was confused.
"When you make eye contact with a girl, you can make them fall in love with you. If you wish for a change on any girl, it will happen you and anybody you choose will notice, everyone else will think it's normal."
Chris began to feel himself wake up.
"Is it real" he asked himself.
